Over a quarter of a century ago, two close friends and astute business partners, Ken Schnitzer and Ron Hatfield, embarked on a transformative journey. Their odyssey began amidst the pristine landscapes of Cabo San Lucas, where they ventured along the scenic Corridor to play a round of golf at the legendary Palmilla Resort. Amidst the azure beauty of their surroundings, a spark of inspiration ignited within them, kindling their passion for Palmilla and the enchanting beachfront estates it offered. 

With unwavering determination, Ken and Ron acquired a small parcel of this idyllic coastal terrain, enlisting the visionary builder and architect Luis Cano to bring their dreams to life. What initially began as a modest undertaking soon blossomed into a visionary reality. The construction of six luxurious villas was initiated, a daring venture that sought to test the waters of the high-end real estate market in Los Cabos. 

A harmonious fusion of American engineering prowess and Mexican artistry underpinned these ambitious endeavors. Their success was as inevitable as remarkable, with each villa finding eager buyers even before completion.
