Over a quarter of a century ago, two close friends and astute business partners, Ken Schnitzer and Ron Hatfield, embarked on a transformative journey. Their odyssey began amidst the pristine landscapes of Cabo San Lucas, where they ventured along the scenic Corridor to indulge in a round of golf at the legendary Palmilla Resort. With unwavering determination, Ken and Ron acquired a small parcel of this idyllic coastal terrain, enlisting the visionary builder and architect Luis Cano to bring their dreams to life. What initially began as a modest undertaking soon blossomed into a visionary reality. They recognized that crafting Villas Del Mar would necessitate monumental planning and ingenious engineering to overcome the formidable geological obstacles that lay before them. 

Today, with more than 240 homes standing tall and future development plans firmly in place, what stands before us is nothing short of a landmark.
